Our platform allows owners to automate their Facebook and/or Instagram Messengers to sell their offerings through a chatbot conversation. We also collect data during the conversation, including the content of messages and its metadata, such as date and time, language, location, and device type. Additionally, our platform offers an integration with the owners' point of sale solution and/or restaurant management platform in order to sync customers, orders, menus, business hours, stock, pricing, payments, and other data.

We use the collected data to provide the owners with our services and improve their experience, as well as for internal purposes, such as analyzing trends, monitoring and preventing fraud, and developing new features.
